This module also help’s to track, how many enquiries have been successfully resolved by the staff by patiently listening to their queries and offering best possible solutions to their problems. This page also offer’s information as to how many number of enquiries are still pending to be resolved.


 

My Quotes

This offers information as to how many quotes the staff has sent to clients who have requested for the same and still how many are pending. You can find the above information in percentage, a ratio or number expressed as a fraction of 100. The numerator represents pending quotes and similarly the denominator, represents the number of quotes which has been already delivered to the clients.




 

My Orders

This helps the organization to track the number of client orders completed by the staff and the number of the order’s still pending and needs to be processed by the staff. The above information is represented in a percentage format. The numerator is the number of pending orders, which the staff needs to process and the denominator represents the number of completed orders. When you divide the numerator by the denominator and multiply by 100, you get value, that is the value of percentage of pending orders.




 

My Tasks

This page consists of information relating to tasks, a piece of work to be undertaken or done by the specific staff. Here one can find details about pending as well as completed tasks. This information is available in percentage, the numerator represents the number of pending tasks and the denominator represent the number of Sucessful tasks. When you divide the numerator by the denominator and multiply by 100, you get a value, that is the value of the percentage of previous tasks.
