Enquiry Module - User Guides

1.Search panel

Making a search is not only easier but also faster . You only require to enter either name, phone number or email address of the person/ client. In no time, you will find the details which you are looking for, on the system.

2.New Enquiries

New Enquiries are those, which has not been processed yet by the admin. Based on the urgency, the enquiries would be processed. Those which are urgent, would be processed on priority than the regular ones.




3.Processed Enquiries

For already processed enquiry, an email would be sent to their email address, the information might consist details about the quote request or any other details which the client has requested. All clients who are making the enquiry, should provide the correct email address and phone number. So that, the requested information can be sent and received without getting lost in transit.

4.Add Enquiry

By click on this button you can create a New Enquiry. For more info about Create Enquiry Click here.




 

5.Delete

When you click on the button which states, Delete. The entire information present in the row would be deleted.




6.Actions

When you click on the action button, then it would get redirected to another page, which consist information relating to particular enquiry made.

  • If the client is already registered with LinguisTriks but quote has not been sent, then one can find button, which states Create quote, click on the same and request for a new quote. .Click here For more info.
  • In case the client is not registered with us, then the admin should add the client details in the linguistricks, thus new client gets registered with us, when their details are recorded on linguistricks by clicking the Create Client button, then it becomes much easier to send quotes or other correspondence to them.Click here For more info.
