You can respond to email enquiry’s made by clients. The E-Mail enquiry can be related to charges, quote sent, invoices, taxes, discount offered, availability of linguists, payment dues, or it may be related to the varied services offered by the company. In the email enquiry, you can also recommend the best alternative solutions or you can politely refuse booking, if you are not in a position to provide discount to the clients.


Mail From

Click on the drop down list and select the appropriate Email Id.

Mail Receipients

When you send mail to anyone, be it client or vendor or others. It is essential to update the correct email address, in the field, where it is mentioned as mail Receipients.


Mail Subject

Similarly, while sending the mail to clients or to the vendor or others. It is important to mention the subject. When one reads the subject, they understand what the mail is about. Thus, you help save the time of the one, who receives the mail.


Click on Send Email button to send emails to clients about quote information.



Click on Cancel button it will return to Home Page.
