Manage - Vendor Invoicing


In Invoice page you will find varied information such as client details, order details, service type request, details relating to the source and target language.

You will also be able to find details about the Account manager and Salesperson. For ease and convenience, we have introduced a feature, where you can Add Notes and view the same.



 

1.View Client Profile

Click on this button to view client details. Click here for View Client Details.


2.View/Add Notes

Click on View/Add Notes button where you can Add your notes and View past notes if any. Click here for Add Notes Details.


3.Payment Details

Payment can be done either using card or PayPal.



4.Update Vendor Payment

You can Update Vendor Payment by using this switch button.



5.View Vendor Profile

This page consists details about vendor, it includes details such as vendor name, contact details, etc. On this page one can also edit information, if essential.



6.Send Email

Send Email button is used to Send Payment update to Vendor.



7.Add Charges

Add Charges button is used to add Charges to Client if applicable.

8. Edit Charges

Edit Charges button is used to Edit Client Charges

9. Delete Client Charges
