Client Statement

A Client Statement will always display any outstanding invoices on the account. By default the statement does include details relating to all recent payments, paid invoices, credit notes over a limited period and how much is due, which needs to be paid, usually a month. One can easily know the balance of the account as a summary of the account would be displayed at the top of the statement. In other words client statement offers a snapshot of account activity and helps quickly read any outstanding invoices along with any recent payments as well as credit notes applied to the account. The client’s statements can be sent every month to remind the client about any outstanding balance, which needs to be paid. When the clients login on their portal, they can view their statement.


This Email Template body includes the keywords :

  • @CompanyName@ : The Company name is an identity for a company.

  • @ClientRef@ : If client has any reference he will share the details.

  • @ClientName@ : It is the name of the person , who receives an email.

  • @ClientCompanyname@ : Name of the Client company

  • @StatementList@ : We can get the charges and Total payment of particular service.
