When the company wishes to send any correspondence to vendor’s through email, they can do it with ease, by using the send email button. When compared to traditional post, email is delivered very fast and it also offers file attachment capabilities.
Click the drop down list and select the appropriate Email Id.
When you send mail to anyone, be it vendor or others. It is essential to update the correct email address, in the field, where it is mentioned as mail Receipients.
Similarly, while sending the mail to the vendor or others. It is important to mention the subject. When one reads the subject, they understand what the mail is about. Thus, you help save the time of the one, who receives the mail.
Click on the Send Email button to send emails to vendors.
Click on the Cancel button it will return to Home Page.
