The Dashboard is user interface, it is more likely to be interactive, users can both review and manage their entire work faster and with much ease. They no longer have to spend much time searching for their recent work on the system. With a single click on any of the Dashboard’s tab, they can have instant access to varied information relating to their work such as ongoing assignments, quote history and unresolved queries, payments made, pending assignments.




Enquiry Module

In the Enquiry model, the information gets stored, as to who has made the enquiry and what was the enquiry about. As we are aware, the clients can make varied enquiry, it could be related to charges or services offered or any other query. The advantage of this model is, one can always go back and view all the enquiries made or search specific enquiries, or search for the inquiries made on the specific date’s.




Quote Module

In the Quote Module you can manage the quotes created by either you or a client for an upcoming project.




Order Module

In the Order Module you can manage the Orders created by either you or a client.




Client Module

In the client’s menu, one can easily manage varied client’s information. Client’s can be an individual or a company. The client’s you serve can belong to varying sector’s like legal, finance, medical, hospitality, tourism, entertainment and Media.




Vendor Module

Vendor module include information relating to individual vendors or vendors who work in groups. In the Vendor’s menu, one can easily manage their entire information starting from their contact details to their language expertise. Time to time, you can also update the assignments undertaken and completed by the vendors.




Invoicing Module

In the above module, one can manage the invoices they create and receive, for their company’s work. The users can not only find the list of their orders, but they can also find a specific order overview. It consists information like billing information, order ID, taxes, subtotal and order total. That’s not all, it creates the ability to send out invoices which are due to clients and request them to pay using different payment methods.




Reports Module

One can easily review different reports which contain crucial information which relates to maintaining or improving the company’s overall efficiency. In other words, the module is designed to offer feature rich as well as user friendly, web interface to manage report.




Settings Module

The Settings module allows you to configure the system settings for all users and customise the system for yourself. In addition, in this module you can manage your own account and your work log.
